Cormorants at El Matador, north of Malibu, CA. Normally we think of the West Coast as having spectacular sunsets. I am here to tell you that the sunrises, depending upon where you are able to position yourself can be incredible! Pictures don't lie. We had some great cloud coverage when I was out here this January 2009 which makes for more drama and color. I enjoyed the sound of the crashing waves and the chill as the water swelled around my toes and sometimes my ankles ( when I was paying more attention to the scenery than I was to the personality of the waves). <br> All images are Limited Edtion Prints of 8 in each size.
