Dear ##SubscriberName##,

It was a sub-zero temperature day and my fingers were frozen. As I was about to pack up and get some heat to my hands, I spotted this female cardinal in a pine tree. She was in beautiful light and whenever she looked past the hanging foliage in front of her I had the opportunity for some wonderful imagery that gave attention to incredible detail of the cardinal's feathers.
I was amazed at the detail - the incredible detail and intricate colors that cloak this beautiful bird!
The photograph shows more than I could see with my eyes or through my lens, which is one thing that marvels me about my profession. A moment goes by so quickly, just as the moments in time that I spend in Nature ... the click of the shutter and a quick moment is forever frozen as an image in time.
Once a photo is made, I can sit down and literally gaze at that moment memory for as long as I wish. It is those moment memories that I can barely pull myself away from that I love to share, in hopes that you will find a connection too.
